Have a Blessed 2008!
As 2007 comes to a close we feel so blessed and hope each of you do as well.
Eddie had experienced some bizarre health problems that took us on a journey that to Duke Univ. and we are pleased to say that as for now he is just fine. His blood sugar troubles are not of any significance and are not doing any harm to him. We did discover that Finley does have Crohn's Disease and we will begin to see a doctor for that. Still even with our roller coaster ride of medical events we are truly blessed in many ways!!!
We sold our house in March to our neighbor (they approached us about buying and we knew that home was only temporary for us so of course we sold --This branch of the Walden crew love to move... )
My job continues to challenge me. I am tecahing AIG kids and must be on my toes daily--they could out-smart me at any given point int time!
Scott is working in Safety, recently made Instructor Pilot, and of course still flying normal Search and Rescue.
We are anxiously awaiting this 2008 move (WE HOPE TO FLORIDA--hate cold weather must get further south SOON)... Yes, expect another address in about Jun/Jul time frame...
Finley is doing very well in 1st grade. He is reading on a 3rd grade level and just loves school!!! He will be very sad when we move. He has made some terrific friends!
Eddie is staying with a lady that lives down the road from us and loving every minute of the one-on-one attention!!! He comes home with art work almost daily and continues to learn so much... He can write his name, Finley's name, and MOM!!! He also can count objects up to 30!!! He can't wait to go to real school as he calls it!!
That is about it in the Walden household.
May God Bless you and Keep You!
